Individual and Couple Therapy

Catherine Bucosky Tighe is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in individual and couple therapy.  She has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Queen’s University and her Masters of Social Work from University of Toronto with post-graduate training in couple therapy from Saint Paul University in Ottawa.  She has a strong background in mental health and has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, community agencies, Employee Assistance Programs and in private practice.

Ms. Bucosky Tighe provides counselling and psychotherapy to clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, low self-esteem, stress management and work-related problems as well as relationship issues.  She uses an integrative approach combining insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness-based techniques tailored to each individual’s or couple’s needs.
