Dr. George O’Connor received a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Toronto in 1993.  He has trained in a number of clinical settings including the Toronto East General Hospital, the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, the Whitby Psychiatric Hospital, and as a member of a multidisciplinary team at International Managed Health Care in Toronto.

He was employed as Director or Mental Health Services at the St. Anne Medical Centre and subsequently at the Sandy Hill Community Health Centre, has worked as a psychologist at the National Defense Medical Centre, and taught at Saint Paul University.

Dr. O’Connor is a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, the Canadian Psychological Association, the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessments, and the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
